One Heart – For Change
Operating out of East Africa, One Heart dedicate themselves to giving vulnerable children at chance to live out their potential. With homes, schools, farms and training centres, the goal is systemic, generational change.
Each year, One Heart run two events to raise money and awareness for their work – Run for Change and Trek for Change. Weightless was commissioned to travel to Africa for the Run for Change and document the experiences of participants.
